Traci Donatto is the host and founder of Community Values. As a queer, mixed-race, Jewish woman/spouse/mother, she has a pretty vested interest in the values of places!

Her day job is as Principal Consultant at Anthem, LLC, a management consulting firm changing the way economic development is done through a values-based approach. She also serves on the board of Plant It Forward and the Statewide Leadership Council, a project of Texas Criminal Justice Coalition.
